The JV company will become a subsidiary of the company after it has allocated shares. In the United Republic of Tanzania, the joint venture corporation offers direct diagnostic and medical services to clients.
The JV company's working capital needs and business operations will be facilitated by the equity infusion. The JV company's operations are comparable to the company's primary business, which is providing healthcare and diagnostic services.
With a significant presence in numerous Indian cities and towns as well as abroad, Thyrocare Technologies is the country's first and most sophisticated fully automated laboratory.
Promoters owned 71.06% of the business, compared to 17.44% and 11.50% controlled by institutions and non-institutions, respectively.
