Tata Motors has announced that TAL Manufacturing, a subsidiary of the company has received a ‘CE’ certificate for their Indian made robot named ‘BRABO’. The Robot will now be made available for commercial sale throughout Europe.
The TAL BRABO is now deemed to be in compliance with the specifications of European health, safety and environmental legislation. This makes the TAL BRABO available to the European market for the very first time.
BRABO can be used to do a wide array of tasks inclusive of the pick and placement of materials, assembly of parts, machine and press tending, as a sealing application, camera and vision based jobs, among others. The device is also used in many cases to complement human labour by doing jobs that maybe monotonous or dull in nature to the human workforce.
TAL Manufacturing will be focusing on the automotive, electronics, logistics, food, packaging, pharmaceutical and other industries with its latest line of products.
TAL Manufacturing produces BRABO robots for a number of companies worldwide,a list that includes big names like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Diebold, CPG Industries, Hydromatik, SGK Industries, RTA Spa Italy, BITS Dubai Campus, Suparna Plastics, Micromax Systems, Twin Engineers, AM Ecosystems and Kaziranga University.
