Country-wise/Port-wise Export of Soybean meal, which has been collected by the Soybean Processors Association of India (SOPA) shows this trend.

The data has been collected and compiled by SOPA based on the information received from the members, port authorities and other agencies. However, the data does not include exports to Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh by rail or road.

Talking to ToI, SOPA spokesman, Rajesh Agrawal, said, " Both supply and global demand for soymeal have increased simultaneously, which has resulted in the increase in exports. I hope this trend will continue for some more time in future too as things are going well with the industry at the moment".
