Pragati, Solar and Pooja invest in Fuchu

Fuchu has notched up four automatic rigid box machines installations in India. Two of the machines have been installed at Pragati Pack, and one each at Solar Prints in Delhi and Pooja Packages in Kanpur.
The automatic KZM-A600A model is an advance machine and good for making different prototypes of rigid box as well as complex boxes types of fancy box, custom box, cell phone boxes, chocolate boxes, etc.

In addition to the four automatic machines, SLKCG who represent Fucho Sikho in India has installed four semi-automatic machines at Pragati Pack and two at Solar Prints.

The K series fully automatic rigid box making machine consists of a computer control pasting machine, automatic four-corner taping machine, box placing equipment, and a wrapper with taping over equipment and it performs automatically.

When a PrintWeek India team member saw the machine in operation at a customer’s factory the highlights were: the ability to paste the wrapping paper on the box; the paper feeder which permits a tiny label to a larger paper size; a large mixing tank and a heat exchange system to facilitate the control-pasting machine; the ability to do label and bottom pasting automatically.

Vinayak Munipalli of SLKCG is targeting “eight Fuchu installations by the end of 2016”. The main advantage with the Fuchu K Series machine, he said, is its ability to ensure a set substitute can be performed with ease. This includes operations like feeding, pasting, four corner taping and wrapping.
