While Siliguri and Burdwan would see Disha coming up in the next couple of months, districts like Nadia, Malda, Midnapore, Purulia, Birbhum and Bankura would follow suit.

Hong Kong-based firm Design Corporation (DCL) has done the designs for the upcoming facility. Acquisition of land for the same has been sealed at Rs 6 crore from Newtown Kolkata Development Authority. Another 24 crore would be spent on infrastructure and equipment for the hospital.
