Telangana Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao will give formal approval to 16 industry proposals with an aggregate investment of Rs. 1,000 crore recently. This is the third round of approvals to be given by the State government under the new industrial policy introduced in June. "These industries would come up in Medak, Mahboobnagar, Nalgonda, Warangal and Rangareddy districts in the areas of solar, pharma and automobiles. They promise to provide 3,000 jobs," a government release said recently.
