The real estate player of the national repute, Rustomjee, a Mumbai-based property builder, has recently launched a mega luxury real estate project named as Oriana at Bandra in the heart of the eastern fringes of Bandra-Kurla in the metropolitan city. The project in question, which is stretching on an area of 1.25 acres, is located at Bandra Kurla Complex Annexe offering 3 and 4 BHK apartments in wing A where 3 BHK with area ranging from 2,016, 1,907, 1,878, 1,816 sq ft commanding a price worth Rs 7.5cr upwards.

In wing B, 3 BHK will have area of 2,538, 2,426 sq ft priced from Rs 9.2cr onwards and in the 4 BHK it will offer saleable areas of 3,354 and 3,605 sq ft with price range starting from Rs 12cr onwards, said director, Chandresh D Mehta, elaborating that the project is a 21-storey deluxe residential tower and will comprise plush residences located in the new financial hub of Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Complex. The western express highway, Bandra Worli Sealink and airport are within a short drive thereby the project gives an easy access to important destinations of the city, he added.
