According to him, Tanzania is India's closest African development partner. India and Tanzania are significant trading and investment partners, according to Mr. Modi, and both countries are negotiating a deal to expand local currency commerce.
The visiting dignitary honored Mahatma Gandhi and lay a wreath at Rajghat. She was ceremoniously welcomed by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan's forecourt. Speaking to reporters on the occasion, the president of Tanzania conveyed her nation's gratitude for the decades-long good relations between the two nations. Later in the day, she will also have a meeting with President Droupadi Murmu. President Murmu will give a state banquet in the Tanzanian president's honor. The president of Tanzania will attend a business and trade event in New Delhi tomorrow.
