Largest wood panel plant in India opened by YS Jagan, including several projects in the YSR Kadapa district

 Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated and lay the foundation stone for a number of projects in YSR Kadapa district, the first day of his three-day tour of the YSR District. 

 
By unveiling the plaque, the Chief Minister opened Centuryply Panels Limited, a Rs 1,000 crore plywood panel manufacturing facility located in the Gopavaram Industrial Park close to Badvel. In addition to directly employing 2,266 people, the Company indirectly employed tens of thousands of farmers and other individuals.
 
YS Jagan engaged with the chairman of the corporation, executives, and employees upon the opening of the campus's MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and HPL (High Pressure Laminate) units. During a conversation, the Chief Minister mentioned that the unit represented another significant turning point in the district's industrial development. 
 
The Chief Minister had laid the cornerstone for the Century industrial unit two years prior, and it was prepared to start producing goods for sale. The unit was built on 100 acres that were leased to the business for 33 years. The 80,000 acres of Jam Oil trees that 25,000 farmers grew are used to make the plywood panels that the company makes. The business had fulfilled contracts with farmers for the production of Jam Oil trees and further supplied the seedlings at a discounted rate.
 
Subsequently, the Chief Minister opened the YSR Super Speciality Hospital, situated on the 230-acre Kadapa campus of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. The anticipated cost of construction for the medical, dental and nursing colleges was Rs 200 crore. The estimated cost for the 452-bed super specialty wing was Rs 125 crore. The 100-bed YSR Institute of Mental Health was created at a cost of Rs 40.81 crore, while the 100-bed YSR Cancer Care Block was constructed at a cost of Rs 107 crore.
 
Later, YS Jagan turned on the flood lights in the YS Raja Reddy Cricket Stadium, the Ambedkar, Y Junction, Koti Reddy, and Seven Roads Circles here, as well as in the renovated District Collectorate Complex. He also gave the individuals with disabilities tricycles. 
 
The Chief Minister was accompanied on his tour by MLCs P Ramasubba Reddy, C Ramachandraiah, M Ramachandra Reddy, MLA Ravindranath Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Amzath Basha, MP YS Avinash Reddy, and representatives of the local populace. The YSR District in-charge and Minister Audimulapu Suresh also attended.
