At Bhaproda, Haryana, JCB India opened its biggest Parts Centre. The plant, spread over 150,000 sq ft, will provide the northern Indian area with partial support. It will cater to 15 distributor locations and contribute to the parts sector of JCB in India by almost 40 percent. Located near the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway on the four-lane NH 334B, the route allows quick connections to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and important customer bases in northern India.

We have continued to remain dedicated to the India Growth Story for over four decades by investing in this state-of-the-art warehouse infrastructure. It will help to build a local ecosystem for owners and dealers of JCB machines, and will also provide more than 100 people, including women, with employment opportunities.
The Parts Centre is a state-of-the-art modern facility that has one of the highest safety and energy efficiency requirements. Although SAP allows precise control over inventory and purchases, at the site and at the dealer's end, the TOC definition ensures material availability. Roof sprinklers, fire detectors and a fire warning system are part of the fire-fighting equipment. The energy efficiency of the warehouse is planned to bring about a 60% reduction in energy usage.
The total warehouse size of JCB India has thus increased to 310,000 sq ft, covering five locations in India, including Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Guwahati. The establishment of these warehouses at strategic locations aims to provide consumers with a more successful inventory management process and a faster shipping turnaround.
