The organization has previously executed a Power Conveyance Understanding (PDA) with Supreme Petrochem Ltd.  Through a Specific Reason Vehicle (SPV) known as TP Saturn Ltd, as expressed by TPREL in a public statement.

 

This solar facility will be arranged in Achegaon, Maharashtra, and is projected to yearly create 27.5 million units of power. It is expected to add to a decrease of 20,075 metric lots of fossil fuel by-products each year and is set to initiate tasks in no less than eight months of the PDA's marking.

With the proposed hostage solar power plant, TPREL, an auxiliary of Tata Power, has extended its complete environmentally friendly power ability to 7,902 MW. Presently, the organization works at a limit of 4,191 MW, comprising of 3,185 MW from sunlight based energy and 1,006 MW from wind energy.
