Borosil Renewables has integrated solar glass manufacturing activities in India and Europe. It has a 1,000 tons per day (tpd) solar glass facility in India, which can supply for 6 GW of solar module production each year. The limit in Europe is 350 tons each day, equivalent to 2 GW.

Borosil Renewables is looking for technology partners with an established environment-friendly solar module recycling process to recover maximum materials, including precious metals (silver) and silicon, in addition to glass, aluminium, copper, etc. The technology should have a recycling efficiency of more than 95%.
