Tata AutoComp Systems an Auto component manufacturer, have signed an agreement with the Fortaco Group, the leading European strategic partner to the heavy off-highway equipment under which Tata AutoComp will manufacture safety cabins for off-highway vehicles in India. Following an broad market study to understand and define the necessities of the local market, a safety cabin has been designed by the Fortaco Group to suit Indian conditions and safety prerequisites. The safety cabin will be produced in India by Tata AutoComp based on technology, design and specifications created by Fortaco Group.

Currently, Tata AutoComp has 36 manufacturing facilities spread across India and nine facilities spread across North America, Latin America, Europe and China.
